Waiting Again
Waiting while the river moves on
For conclusions, so that I can join
The flow and new sights I come upon
Let’s see what happens, flip a coin
But the coin is rusty, no way to tell
Things need to get done, right now
While creating a wishing well
That is deep enough for wishes somehow
Waiting while the sun rises and sets
For return or answers of need
At least there will not be regrets
Action taken, Humanity’s souls to feed
Waiting while wading, through feelings of all sorts
Riding the waves throughout each day
Like being on a ship, eager to reach the ports
With celebration for finding the way
