Waiting

Just for this while, I pause and wait; Waiting slacks style When time feels late. I sit right here, Watch time wing by; Mild patience steers Hot humid skies. Faces pass me, Curious eyes gaze; Stray wind blows free In anxious maze. Mad waiting game, Captures odd mood; Now who's to blame? Misunderstood. Moments skip pass, With no-show here; Fragile as glass, Hot air steals cheer. Leon Enriquez 28 March 2016 Singapore
