Betrayed, we fell but then rose,
restoring tranquil repose,
healed by touch divine sublime,
as witnessed by space and time.
They who hurt us, knew not then,
truth of love and joy of zen
and so as we sing our song,
we take one and all along.
Within all hearts, glows God’s light,
by day and night shining bright,
yet fear fraught, some know this not,
being in web of thought caught.
Come what may, we live to give,
thus there’s no one to forgive
and so as we wingless glide,
we wear our life scars with pride.
