Vulnerable

Don’t think I’m afraid; In the end I let you read this Don’t think I am weak; I’ve been through hell and walked out smoking Don’t think you’re just another guy; You may think that’s true; The fact is going even 24 hours? I’m already missing you; Don’t think I only see a handsome face; It’s what you say, how you say it; That’s what drives me wild, leaves me flying like crazy; Don’t think I’m not a little broken; I’ve got some painful scars; The rhythm behind my dance, they’re mixed in my wildfire; Don’t think that I’m fragile I can handle pain, without a word swallow tears and walk away Don’t think that this is easy, vulnerable is damn hard.

When I got to this line I said to myself, "I LOVE THIS POEM!" and I do. "I’ve been through hell and walked out smoking " - so darn cute. Could be taken in so many ways!
