Voice of God
To hear the voice of God,
you need only listen.
He chuckles from fast brooks,
gurgling over the rocks.
He hums with humming birds,
and sings with pods of whales.
And deep inside your thoughts,
He whispers from your heart.
Thundering in the clouds,
He chirps with the crickets.
And whistles with the winds
that sigh through the willows.
He laughs with white water,
splashing off canyon walls.
And talks to all of us,
you need only listen.
