US Inauguration 2025

We are all like-men
one leg at a time

yet some stand out
trouser-ed or not 

some become possessed

a holy mission accepted

subduing the personal ego
as did Christ, Son of God
First Risen

these are blessed children
of the Sacred Divine

Some saviors born.
Some developed by 
trial and error experience~
like an artist's film
or a botanist's rare
orchid -- 

Some, not of the soil
nor lab, tempered like steel
of unearthly fire

Trump, a force for good
that evil will be compelled to 
continually oppose

We encircle his lead
fellow conscripts of Heaven's
saintly unbridled army

pray for his continued divine
protection.... "In God We Trust"

as well as on our coins
engraved upon the soul of
Freedom Loving Men and women
the world over....

Andrea Dietrich January 14, 2025 at 11:26 AM It's good to see someone here trying to see the good in him and not putting him down as if he were the anti-Christ, and sadly, many actually believe that's what he is. As Joe says down here, I hope he allows God to guide him because the blue states detest him and their actions are always against his efforts. California defunded firemen and look what how crazy that turned out to be. California probably has more social and economic problems than any other state. And it's all to do with the kind of government they espouse as a state. Joseph P. DiMino January 13, 2025 at 7:12 PM Joe, there have been great men and woman throughout history, who did not claim the power given them as their own -- remaining humble before God. George Washington comes to mind. He prayed to our Lord every morning. Trump was good for America, and the world at large, during his first presidency, even with all the lies and treachery directed against him...I see no reason why he would be less effective now, given his greater support. I know how to discern good people from dishonest people -- I did not just fall off the back of a turnip truck -- I believe the man will do what is right for the US and the world to the best of his ability. I will continue to pray daily for the success of his presidency.

It is unbearable what is happening in our Nation's most beautiful state. The loss of life, the pain and suffering, is more than a compassionate heart can bear. Where we choose to live, who we choose to manage our resources is the responsibility of every citizen. I grieve with the families that have lost loved ones. Heartbreak, seeing the loss of life and property. Not to forget, the thousands who will die prematurely from toxins that have been released into the environment. Farmland contaminated. I have heard that people are still suffering ill effects in New York from smoke inhalation due to 9/11 exposure. Those who were ground zero in particular. Mindsets need to change. I hope Trump doesn't come up against crippling resistance. Newsom and other key Democrats, Republican rhinos do not seem to want to cooperate with the new administration under any circumstances. Even if that were just manicured, it would do much to help the state. Not just local officials but Biden feds have failed the state. He will demand accountability, but he is not vengeful -- no need to worry. Vengeful is not the Christian way. Thank you, Anaya.
