Consider being left alone
with no where to turn
No one to run to
or no one to come to
when---
your feeling down and depressed
hold your head up child
and look for the best
because life aint all it cut out to be
Its a whole lot more you see
There's ups and downs and even curves
But dont let all that get on your nerves
Just pick yourself up and brush your shoulders off
cuz aint no sense trying to run off
into the darkness where theres noone there
just cuz you think that life's not fair
It's not, I know, so don't let it get to you
Because what people tell you may not be true
Just listen to your heart and be true to you
