how often do we sweep the metaphorical debris under tables, etc., acting as if it doesn't matter? Powerful and thought-provoking words, Gershon. Enjoy your evening, sara

Gershion, I really like this, and decided to offer my interpretation of it. "unschooled in pride" suggests a person that has not learned to value themselves in a way that society dictates through pride or self-importance. Instead, they engage in tasks, like "sweeping debris under tables into corners," which can be seen as metaphorical for dealing with the overlooked aspects of life or work. The closing line, "as if it didn’t matter," might imply undervaluation of such tasks. Best wishes, Don

I think your interpretation of 'Unschooled' is spot-on, Don. Thanks you for the insights, Gershon
