Unanswered Prayer

Unanswered Prayer Written: by Miracle Man 9-30-2019 I’m thankful for those times, when God’s help was unseen, When only HE could see the rock and hard place, That I was about to be caught betwixt. Because HE saw things that lay in my future, And I, not being privy, to seeing the big picture, Was only cognizant of the moment. For those times when I thought my prayers went unheard, But were just laying dormant in Your care, awaiting Your time. Thank you Lord for unanswered prayer For denying me those things that weren’t best for me.

Well said poem. How long did it take to find out that the prayers were unanswered because something was not good for you? I feel like God is somehow withholding the good things in unanswered prayer from me.

Janis, it took awhile before i realized that God answers prayer three ways; yes, no, or not yet. If I pray not my will God but yours then I have a peace about it. stay faithful and God bless. Tom. thanks for your comment
