Two Faces of the Wind

The wind softly fingers wind chimes Laughter is the wind's one reward The wind strokes the trees and transfers Quiet music around The delicate breeze strokes my face Draws me into his arms Caresses my hair out of place What a naughty lone charm The wind can be gentle, soft, quiet On the other side rough When he gales through the warm Gulf Destructive force too much
