Warmth in the cold air. That line stood out for me the most: what a beautiful and soulful haiku as always. Your haiku as always seem to flow so seamlessly. And i love that about every haiku you weave. I can see lights twinkling through your words. So magical and inspiring. Sending you light always. Pleasure reading your work always

You paint a lovely picture here Sara. I love to drive around the neighborhood and see the beautiful decorations on display at this time of year but even without the lovely lights we put up the stars always seem to shine a little brighter to me. Well done. God Bless and Merry Christmas. JB

A lovely scene Sara, I put mine up outside before I went into hospital, they might have to stay up until the spring, but I'll just turn them off after Christmas, don't want to annoy the neighbours lol. Tom

thanks for your visit and comments, Tom. Bill put our outdoor lights as well. But we have a very persnickety Home Owners Association. If Xmas lights are not removed by January, we're fined $100 for each month. The organization is just hard core on rules. It is what it is, though. Have a great evening and continue to heal...Sara
