Twin Silhouettes
Twin Silhouettes
linger in the absent dust
seared into the horizon’s
emptiness. The ghostly apparition
hovers in reverence
above memories ruins.
Lifts the heads of passersby,
slowing their hurried steps,
quickening their hearts,
a silent moment,
forever’s Silhouette.
