Turtle On the Lake
Turtle on the lake
my how you swim,
diving under the water
in hopes of finding food.
As I watch you in
your little world
I wonder what it
feels like to be,
a turtle going around
and around and the
dreams you dream,
day in and day out.
Turtle you do amaze
me and I hope
you live a long live
saying goodby until,
another day.
