Turn The Page

Turn the page
as the time goes on
new beginnings
new challenges
each chapter a new story
with surprise endings.
Ups and downs
it’s filling each day
full of hope
health and heart
with comfort and compassion
whatever we do.
Then and now
the sun shining through
depths of joy
years of life
forever changing with time
from beginning to end.
