Tryst With Peace

This summer I went on a trip to the lofty Himalaya and walked through a thick green forest that seemed uniquely mystic wearing a shroud of charismatic stillness and sensual silence. I felt my simmering soul and restless mind surrender to the crafty creator of sublime solitude which gave me the magical power to turn my breath in an instant into forest air suspended awhile on the forest canopy under the divinely quiet sky. When the air returned to me my mind was filled with the stillness of bliss and the soul with the silence of peace which I never experienced before. I stood still for a long while and felt my legs tired of endless journey growing roots to anchor me and the mind so long in turmoil sprouting leaves to cover me. That was when I realized i became a tree silent trunk reached canopy... leaves had tryst with peace August 5, 2017 For Brian Strand's Contest : Completely Your Choice (18)

Thank you, Phil, for appreciating. This kind of feeling one sometimes get standing alone in dense silence of a forest.
