Clouds swirl in the sky Designs created by the eye Lifted on a flowing breeze In a scene that brings ease Not everything can be The way we want or easy Nature bears the weather Birds lose their feathers All we can do is try Pay attention to what goes by Be who we are in today With what comes our way - Knowing truth is the key - - To truly be free - Heidi Sands 11/1/17

I love this poem, Heidi. I agree w/the other poets/poetesses, this is a graceful poem of truth. I esp agree w/Sunlite ... I dig that line: Nature bears the weather. Birds lose their feathers. Cool line. Real cool inspirational poem. It's good seeing you back, my dear friend. Love and peace always

I really loved your first stanza, I'm not sure what makes it stand out so much in my mind, but it is sticking to me and I can feel it still...that blowing breeze still affects me! I really enjoyed your delightful poem, and the message is all too true...Truth WILL set you free, even if it doesn't seem like it at first, it will in the long run! What a brilliant piece, Great work!!
