And to you Sir Shakespeare As if to lend an ear A twisted brilliance unwinding A loving agony reveal To cry of simple pleas This weakened love of fear Climbing from the broken torment Amid a smoking mirror I read each line of beauty Upon truth of lies conceal Though pain conflicting moments True love finds appeal
