Too Late the Rain

The earth burns scorched by sun dry heat and the carelessness of man. The glaciers melt forcing the oceans to rise and the sea to yield its depths. The sea starves creatures poisoned by refuse remnant disposals of humanity. The forests wither sliced down for grasslands that burn in the sun. The creatures of nature diminish in the onslaught of trophies and greed. Skies gray, oceans salt the land too late the rains that once cleansed the world.
