Tomb Silent

 

For a moment when I open my door,
a sweet meow will greet me,
but, it is just a wish . . . 

Oh, I want to live in that one moment,
I want to lift up kitty,
but my home is tomb silent.

I've never been a "cat" person, but I can certainly understand and appreciate the affinity/love others have for them. Congrats on POTD, as well, Constance. I'm sure your "kitty" would appreciate this sweet remembrance.

Jim, thank you so much for the comment and congratulations. I have always been a cat person, since 7 years old when I got Snowball in a Christmas stocking, I have always had a cat, but this one was my soul cat, I cannot explain it, but the loss cut deep, blessings Constance
