Today’s Thoughts

My day begins early with a flood of quietness.
As I sit mute in this stillness, God has my attention.
This time isn’t about me but time that God directs.
I’ve accepted things the way they were,
moving beyond feelings to living by faith.
Now that I can see the finish line,
Life should have been more than what I’ve settled for.
I see my time between birth and death- as mostly just filler.
and that’s on me!
