Today

Today is a time in your life; a precious time of your life for today is a precious gift that would be gone, as it’s an unrepeatable gift. It cannot be taken back. No matter how much you want it back. So live today up!, enjoy this precious gift. So one day, you could look back at it and tell all the good things about it. Today starts with the dawn or the morning sun. For most people, today starts with a mental plan of things to do, people to see and places to go. So up and about, hurriedly they go. Break the daily routine and renew your mind today. Start today with thankfulness and say “thank you for this day”. Be still for a minute to receive your grace, which you would need for whatever you would face. Today is already set up for you. So planning and analyzing would wear you. Open your mind and your heart instead so you could accept whatever things are up ahead. When you move on to the depth of the day, consider your journey as an adventure for this day for what you will encounter through the day and the choices laid out for you for this particular day. As there is something good in everyday, expect good things today and bring yourself fully to the adventure of today. Be receptive and embrace what the day brings and look forward to blessings and try to be a blessing. At the end of the day, accept what you were unable to do and be content for the things you were able to do. Be glad and thankful for the good things today and cherish and treasure the best thing that happened to you today. submitted: 2/27/21 All Yours (Feb 28) Brian Strand
