To Thyself Be True

To Thyself Be True By: Dana Redricks Love begins with you; if we don't love ourselves; how will we know, and accept when we are loved; many people allow themselves to be abused by not valuing themselves, and think they deserve the verbal, and physical abuse. Violence begins in the mind; at first, it starts verbally so they can break your will, and lower yourself esteem, and when you are at your lowest it turns physical. They break your will and they slowly try to kill your spirit. Be strong in the Lord and he will guide you, and never let anyone break your spirit; let them go, and one day you will heal. To thyself be true. For the Lord God Yahweh loves you who made you.
