The so called 'observer effect' means that measurements of certain systems cannot be made without affecting the systems, that is, without changing something in a system being viewed. For example, it is not possible to see any object without light hitting the object, and causing it to reflect that light. This changes the object. While the effects of observation are often negligible, the object still experiences a change.
Similarly, what humans see with their eyes is a tainted reflection of their past experiences and contemplation. Various people see different things in the same object, and see things differently, dependent on their past experiences. What an individual sees also changes every time the same thing is seen once again. To see is to change. A see change.
