Time To Let Go
I run and hide on those days of my absence,
I kept myself freezing each time I’m not around,
How will I set my mind and do whatever I like,
If I am into painful memories, that is hindering me to strive…
I have to let them go, I need to rise again,
I know mending a broken heart, and coiling memories to lob,
Is the hardest thing to do, but I have to take courage and walk steadfastly,
Even still, I carry those aching memories…
“It’s time to wake up and time to let go of the past,
It’s time to shine like the morning sun,
And bright like the moon in the night”
For I am the captain of my own written life,
And God is my Master who’s sailing with me,
On this beautiful course of life…
