Time To Let Go
"When God closes a door, he opens a window."

I have learned a lot about my soul this past year,
in quarantine I have had to dig deep within;
now, I realize that my life path is quite clear,
and I am really grateful for all that has been !
I am thankful that I loved a wonderful man,
a lot of people never find that one true love;
and he taught me to just go forward with a plan,
darling, I know you will be watching from above !
So, grateful that I had two wonderful parents,
that I grew up wrapped in love and in affection;
even though my thanks was not always apparent,
for they were always near to offer protection !
With meditation I have found peace in my heart,
my writing is better, I read more books, made friends;
have renewed a love for photography and art,
and learned how to use my camera's zoom lens !
I have learned a lot about my soul this past year,
I am thankful that I loved a wonderful man;
so, grateful that I had two wonderful parents,
with meditation I have found peace in my heart !
