Time

My old sage used to say: Live well my son this day, Too soon it fades away, Gone just like yesterday! I try to live my best: Live each day of my quest, Shape my path with bold zest, Sculpt well my happy fest. When times are harsh with pain: I try to live more plain, Not to focus in vain, But feel in terms of gain. When sadness brings sorrow: Faith and hope I borrow, To live love till morrow, Where joy drains fear hollow. Time tells a tale most bright: If only I live right, Dare a bold brave move light, My journey journal flight. Yes I remember well: What my old sage did tell, Dream and dare then to dwell, Beyond heaven and hell. So here I see the light: Act with fond focus bright, Create ideas I sight, Pray and work with tact right. Leon Enriquez 23 July 2018 Singapore
