No contest poem. I have decided to avoid contests until I find some poetic vibes.

Mirror on the wall, what do you reflect, A simple image, trying to look pretty, Or a self-righteous image, or a deception of the soul. In the simple image, Beauty adores itself in front of a mirror, Ugliness feels self-content, The transient reality seems to come alive, Dreams can't even find their shadows. In The self-righteous image, Ego and superiority lurk everywhere, Intolerant to the opinions and behavior of others, Thinks simple images are transient misconceptions. In between simple and selfish images, The soul finds a deception of heart and mind, Self-righteous image is like a fading star in the daytime, The soul sees the image as in a parallel mirror, Where one becomes infinity.

Dear Jay, Ohh, how I loved the depth of your words taking me into the layers of self-perception, challenging our understanding of identity. Great musings into the human psyche! Enjoyed! Autumn Blessings, MY Dear Friend, Daniel
