Three Graces

They are the three graces: Faith, Hope and Love. Faith is an illusive grace, She hides among the trees, Never to be found by explorers, She is even thought to be invisible, Or that she never was on earth, But Faith told us she was here, She did not want you to see her, What she needed was for your belief in her. Hope is a powerful one, Like Faith, she lives beyond sight, She is the wish that was made The desire for fate to fall in place, She makes deals with man That she would grant desire, Only if they remember her, And what she can achieve. Love is the greatest, She was language and tongue, Love is time and is freedom Her great power is known by all, But few choose to let her lead, Though her name is engraved on stones In hearts and even the sky, Love is the grace that is least known.
