This is a new day
Of a new month
Of a New Year
And what is the first thing that you did
Some may have went to parties
Alcohol spirits ethno, I'm not judging it's your soul
Some of you in the privacy of your home alone
May be watching the Golden ball dropping on Dick Clark's Rock in New Years...
Even few will be at churches on their knees
Welcoming in the New Year
Fellow humans let us cheer
This is a new day
Of a new month
Of a New Year
And what is the first thing that you did
A day in the Lord is like a thousand years
So do not fear
