I look at the girl in the picture frame she is me, some odd year ago I wish that I could find her again she looks tranquil leaning on that dappled tree in summer hues her eyes piercing me so much depth buried within so much pain yet, she has a calm beautiful aura this girl who is me

I can identify with your words. Although I've not had the tragedy you've had, I've had a challenging life--one that very few know about...so when I look at pictures of the younger me, I see the calm, patient girl with hope in her eyes...some of that hope and trust was squelched years ago. Am faving this probably because I identify with it. Have a splendid evening, hugs, Sara
