Hi Peter! Yes, we need caring mothers, loving mothers. Unconditional love we talk about today in psychology is meant to be cultivated by the mother when the child is a baby. All our human energy, and strength it is within that kind of bonding between the mother and the child at a very early age ... after that life, it is way easier, ... I deeply appreciate you stopping by! have a wonderful day! Maria,

Hi Evelyn! Thank you for reading and enjoying this poem! Yes, we need mothers who inculcate good values in their children. Mothers have to be aware of their role in a child's upbringing. There out are many choices to make today for a Mother, but which one do we make? How much is left to give to a child after 8-12 hours of a full-time job? Can a Mother be present emotionally while she is giving everything at work, and comes home tired and exhausted after a full-time job? Is there any time, or energy left to nurture the child in a healthy way and not transmit to the child the emptiness, stress, the anxiety she brings home? What a Mother feels the child will feel. The Mother is the mirror to the child.
