These Are My Thoughts On Branches Affected By Winds

Today I was fascinated By a forest that joins a beach The impact of the wind visible On the trees Mesmerised by the beauty of The sun... mountains... sea Wait Do I understand enjambment? Am I qualified to talk about this? I have no views on trees worth hearing! But the incremental increase in gnarliness The nearer the shore was beautiful How those trees well away showed off With plush branches, as they stood straight Those that faced the sandstorms Just told of persistence of existence With branches moulded to the times of year That I don't visit, their shapes showed the struggles I was well impressed

Deep dive into that world between mind and nature, done well and held me within the telling. A moment of observation made into poetry...like.

It was a very beautiful place and seeing the scars of bad weather on a beautiful day blew me away. Thank you for your kind words, I never know if my devil may care attitude to poetry walks the line well enough

So am I (Well impressed, that is). You had me worried. Another poem about tree branches??? but you came through remarkably well my friend. Sparky, interesting and very well said, even adding a touch of mystery about the struggles the tree had, enduring the elements. A well deserved favorite.
