There Is Beauty
There’s the beauty of the sunset
at the closing of the day,
and the beauty of the sunrise
when the sunbeams come to play
There’s the beauty of the sunshine
when it wanders through the fields,
warming seeds asleep yet waiting
for the harvest they will yield
There’s the beauty of the moonlight
as it rests on bed of sea,
and the dance of stars that twinkle
setting every dreamer free
There’s the beauty of the mountain
in its snowcapped majesty,
and the joy of love birds' chorus:
nature’s grandest symphony
There’s the beauty of the meadows,
and the flowers dressed so fair
verdant earth and sun kissed rivers,
and the breeze of alpine air
There’s the beauty of the mountain,
with its brooks and cedar trees
Beauty in the sky and fountain,
yet your beauty's all I see
Everywhere I see the beauty
of your kind and loving soul
In your care, there is a bounty
so much love that makes me whole
Most of all, I see the beauty
that is touching you with grace,
My heart fills joyous wonder
Every time I see your face
