There Comes a Time

There comes a time I would think, Of when one's life becomes extinct. We live our lives without much care, Of the time we won't be there. A time will come when some may cry, A time when we will have passed by. We try to think of when it will be, And set our life out accordingly. A will, neat and tidy, I suppose, Leaving others our past to dispose. Now where to go we may address, I'm not bothered I must confess. For the mortal coil I have now cast, My spirit it surely is free at last. So worry not is all that I ask of you, Enjoy life, one day you will pass too. Just felt a bit maudlin is all. © Dave Timperley 16 June 2017.

That's ok Dave:) If you're like me, the closer I get to the end of this road, the more I look back to see where I've been. These days, it's a lot easier to stay out of trouble. God bless, my friend:)

Trouble was my middle name for a long time Dan, now it tends to seek me out but I choose to ignore it and like a noisome cold it goes away. Thanks for stopping by. God Bless. D.
