THE YOUNGSTER ARRIVES
On taking the father cat home again last night after spending the day with me, his daughter came to greet us, but; on me going home via the road and not the back alleyway like I usually do, as the daughter will not come all the way down the alleyway due to the tomcats who live at the other end of it, I found them both following me home, and unlike the other times the father has been at my house, he has settled down with the front door closed, in fact, he and his daughter have now settled on my bed and are happily in the land of nods, keeping them for the night is one thing, but; it's the toilet training in the garden without them both setting off back to their old home if I am to have any hope of keeping them both as their owner is getting rid of them, come, the end of September and time is now short, so it will be out my back door whenever they get up this morning and see if the daughter will do her bit in the back garden then return back into the house, I already know the father does as he has been here before, if not, I will have no choice to escort both of the cats back to their house to see that they gets home safely, and try again next time with a litter tray inside the house, and see what happens from there . . .
The father teaches,
its youngster how to survive,
and my door arrive
