Day Has passed Night shadows Lurk in corners Soft crackles the fire Some sparkles like fireworks Go up the chimney non-stop Snuggled in a warm blanket~ rest Sleep my love, don't forget the magic Of our true love even though winter's here

Winter cannot douse the heat of love. This is a wonderful Etheree, dear Sara. Love is timeless. The fading day, the fireplace with just embers, the onset of winter... all these suggest the waning of our faculties and advancing age. But love remains. Beautiful.
