The Winds of Change

The winds are speaking They moan in the night They escort change As seeds they scatter give new life So do they know of closure They usher fear and harsh reality I listen to them speak And though I do fear turn I also believe that winds can send us new beginnings And maybe clear the way for a new path to course

Nicely done. Winds do herald change(s). Here in Chicago, the temperature changes plus or minus 20 degrees with a change in wind direction...and these changes in Nature can bring about changes in human nature as well. Thank you for a thought-provoking write! Best wishes, Gershon

Change is the only constant in life Mike, and if we are more accepting of change we may experience an epiphany for our greater good. I love the creative way you have worded this poem. Wise words indeed! : )
