The Wall

There are gray pictures, All over the wall, Some big and some small, Capturing moments. And some come and some go, But there are pictures, All over the wall Some pictures are special, Some pictures are rare, Many show family, friends Pictures about things that you care. Some are your lover, Captured in time, And in these gray pictures, Everything is fine. Sadly, not every picture is good, Some pictures are of People who give you a mood People like mud, who slow down your progress, And of enemies and haters, Whom you never call. Some pictures are even Like holes in the wall, You think it would be better To have nothing at all. And the quotes! Oh the quotes, Some are from people famous, Some are from arguments, Some are about favorites. Some are compliments that make you smile, Some are insults that make you cry for a while. And finally, the drawings that are always changing, Many of these are not even worth changing, But some of these drawings are the future and past. Many of these pictures are made by your hand, Sketched and painted and written in sand. And these are the most important of pictures. All in all, on the wall, There are good things and bad, There are elements that make you happy and sad. But you wall is also a bed, A place to withdrawal to in, And also a multitool, With infininite uses, A knife and a bandaid to fix your abuses, So never let your wall get destroyed, Its your greatest tool, object and even a toy.
