The Walking Soul

I walk a walk on concrete Each step follows another My soul is worn with holes Searching for another Each window I pass A refection of my own I cross the cross across A red light warns me I need to keep walking I pass by another I see a pretty eye Reflecting back at me Looking into her soul A soul I wish to meet Asking with a low breath Would you walk with me Sir I cannot for my soul Has many holes Then We shall repair them Then Walk down this road Together

To mix up a Paul McCartney quote with a Beatles' LP title: "Rubber soul, man, rubber soul." I like this piece of lonesome contemplation. Salut!
