The Vaporised Self

"Whatever you resist you become. If you resist anger, you are always angry. If you resist sadness, you are always sad. If you resist suffering, you are always suffering. If you resist confusion, you are always confused. We think that we resist certain states because they are there, but actually they are there because we resist them." - Adyashanti ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Repeat often: ‘I am not mind body’ I am pure spirit, unbound and blissful Far removed from ego urges shoddy Outer world complex, my heart makes simple I neither seek nor resist anything Each breath intake, is Gods own miracle I Am That I Am, spirit free flowing Throbbing in blissful rapture forever Healing love from my being, outpouring I am a conduit, God is my saviour Head and heart aligned, always in prayer 20-December 2020 (syllabic Terza Rima)
