The Universe Takes Time When the clock struck midnight’s winter solitude she dangled from the pendulum changed vibration and her tune ticking toking to the token of time No longer in chaos Yin joined lover’s flute and took what she gave in openings Solstice’s moon and sun embraced mountains and valleys when Yang grafted cosmos from disarray and they harvested from mating souls entwining piecing together what had been confusion’s loneliness scripting a new beginning The midday stars shine balanced light now as radiant prisms found celestial union
