the sun looks too good on you
in my little garden, i am the queen,
quite, you wait,
i wanted to tell: you took my place,
it is my seat, - from there, i write and read,
i watch the seagulls fly and scream,
as the sun caresses the day,
in my little garden, i am the queen
sitting like a butterfly on a flower,
i could feel you breathing,
dressed in a blue shirt,
blue as the sky, your eyes,
i wanted to tell you: don't move!
the sun looks too good on you
don't move, don't even smile!
the sun looks too good on you
the sun looks too good on you
