Hey Justin, Nice work on your limericks. I've read quite a few of them! Bad year for those cicadas but in my neighborhood it's the Lantern-fly that's been the nuisance around here. Years ago my friends and I used to eat the cicadas when we were drunk...lol Many moons ago..hehe Thanks for stopping by...keep up the good poetry! Charlie

The Cicadas are out in full force here. They are noise. Great Limerick with great imagery .
