The Stillness Holds a Universe Within
The breath becomes the anchor soft and slow,
A gentle tide that ebbs and flows unseen.
The clamor of the thoughts begins to go,
A fading echo of what might have been.
No grand pronouncements sought, no battles won,
Just quiet witness to the restless mind,
As layers peel like petals to the sun,
And deeper currents start to intertwine.
The world outside may rush and fiercely strive,
But here, a space expands, serene and vast.
A silent knowing starts to feel alive,
A glimpse of unity that's meant to last.
To cease the chase, to simply be and see,
Unlocks the boundless vastity of thee.
