Heed deep insight: Silence does speak As waves cast flight In timeless peak. So come away: A still small voice In surreal sway Bestows sure poise. Look deeper still: Sans words or thoughts — Stillness soothes will; Peace pickles plot! Discern and feel: Know truth somehow; Feel surge and thrill Right here and now. In silence meet: A certain calm; Stillness you greet Heals like a balm. Be mindful then: Seek to keep still; Your soul knows when, Let stillness fill. Leave time and space: Seize that still point; Grace helps you trace Where love now joins. Withdraw and be: A whole made new; Embrace and see: Wise peace anew.
