The Special One

The Special one She’s feeling kind of tired today She gets really for bed Thinks about a guy in the USA And all the things that he said Open her eyes just lay in bed She stretches and yawn If you see her you wouldn’t believe That she’s a special one Brushes her pearly white teeth Had Toast and coffee Gets her stuff together Pulls out in her Mitsubishi She takes care of the elderly Until the sun goes down And they all says to her You, re a special one She’s ruffled like the waves A pleasure to look at Wears her most comfy pajama’s With Garfield the cat She always so kind to me Bless the day that she was born Talk to her on the phone Says you are my special one It’s not always about beauty Or the cloths that you wears It’s about showing compassion In a world where one cares Just look around you Must see some one down And if you really want to You can be their special one Some are unfortunate Got deal a really bad card Thinks nothing better will come along So they go thru life feeling sad I remember words my father says Treat all the best that you can Never refuse anyone anything Always reach out a hand So like the night has the moon And the day has the sun A long as I have life She will be my special one So to my special one You know what’s in my heart Just waiting you now To make anew live start With a towel around her hair She stares at the TV screen Guess you what’s in her hands A bowl of banana floats ice cream
