The Shadow On the Wall

Outside the patio door is sunshine The birds are out singing their songs Flying from one tree to another The squirrels are out running From one tree to another Getting seeds and nuts to feed Suddenly I see a shadow What I make out a rabbit Resting in the bright sunshine As I stare - I wonder why The rabbit does not move I stare at the stone for hours It took me awhile to discover A shadow of a rabbit what I seen Resting in the bright sunshine As I stare I wonder- why The rabbit does not move It took me awhile to discover After the sun had faded Behind the cluster of clouds The rabbit had disappeared

Shadows have a way of doing that. A shadow cannot hurt or harm you in any way.

Hello Alfred, a shadow will always follow you wherever you go. Everything has as a shadow. Have a nice day my friend.
