You
are a
movement of
waves set in a
sea of endless dreams,
a symphony so sweet
lost in a cove of roaring
passion, crying tears that salt your
sorrow, you feel the deep blues of the
ocean as you voice your Siren's deceit.
Singing the sad songs of sailor's lament,
the distant pain of those lost at sea,
no more in time, as souls stolen
from lover's embrace, distant,
on sandy shores, their fight,
futile, knowing they
have but one love
the cold, dark,
heartless
you.
