The Queen
Everyone knows on the chess board scene
that the most powerful piece is the queen.
She can move any number of spaces anywhere she wants to go.
She starts at the rear behind the pawn row.
Even though the outcome of the game rests with the king,
the great lady can do just about anything.
She is more powerful than the rooks, bishops, and knights.
She can checkmate your king and put out the lights.
Yes, there is great power the queen does possess.
This is the most important rule in the game of chess.
