The Playground

Teeter-totter , seesaw , up and down all day
Peter, Paul, and Esau, working hard at play
Penny, Pam, and Patti, swinging as they sing
Hear their lovely voices, ringing as they swing
Up the ladder climbing, a little boy named Clyde
Has such perfect timing, gliding down the slide
The artist’s name is Brandi, in the box of sand
Her castles’ fame is dandy known through out the land

This is an awesome lil poem. The lyrical flow , the words of motion and sound gives one who reaqds the glee of the children and your introductions start the friendships with the same, furtheer involving one with the experience/poem. Like it lots, HG

My dear friend, you paint an oh - so - farmilar childhood memory with this lovely rhyme. I beleive many famous artists' began their careers in the sandbox. So nice to read your wonderful writing again and so nice to hear your kind comments on mine. Love, Lainie
